Background
Clarke was hired by a communications and government relations firm to conduct an operational audit assessing team structure, workflows, systems, and overall business functionality, followed by implementation support.

While the firm was successful,leadership lacked clear visibility into inefficiencies, role clarity,and system gaps. The firm needed an objective assessment and apractical roadmap for operational improvement without disruptingclient service.
The Solution
Clarke conducted a five-weekoperational audit across four phases—planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up. Based on findings, Clarke supported implementation, including hiring and onboarding processes, recruiting key roles, developing employee and contractor documentation, implementing HR and project management systems, and training staff.
